Legal
Terms
Last updated 23 July 2026
These terms cover this website. Access to the Codezero source is granted separately, in writing, and is not granted by anything on this page.
This website
You may read, quote and link to this site. The descriptions here are provided in good faith and may change as the project develops.
Source access is separate
The Codezero repository is currently available on request rather than published openly. Requesting access, or being granted it, happens under a separate written agreement between your organisation and us.
Nothing on this website grants you a licence to the software. The licence that will govern public release will be published with the source when it opens.
Running Codezero is your responsibility
Codezero is self-hosted. If you deploy it, you are responsible for your infrastructure, your security, your backups, and for meeting the financial and data protection rules that apply where you operate.
The software is provided without warranty. We cannot be liable for loss arising from how a deployment is configured or operated.
Paid services
Implementation, customisation, integrations, training and support are commercial services delivered by Ensibuuko under a separate contract. Their scope, price and service levels are set in that contract, not here.
Names and marks
Codezero, Chomoka and Ensibuuko are our names and marks. Open source access does not include permission to present a modified deployment as an official one.
Changes
We will update this page as the project changes, and the date above will tell you when it last happened.
