This notice covers the Codezero website only. If you run your own Codezero deployment, you control the data in it — not us.
Who this applies to
This notice describes what happens to information you give us through this website.
It does not describe deployments of the Codezero software. When an organisation installs Codezero on its own infrastructure, that organisation is the data controller for everything in it. We have no access to it, receive no copy of it, and cannot retrieve or delete it on your behalf.
What we collect
Only what you type into the access request form:
- Your name and work email address
- Your organisation and organisation type
- Country, intended deployment model, intended scale and timeline
- The message you write
What we do with it
We use it to answer you, to understand whether Codezero fits your programme, and to prepare a source access agreement if the conversation goes that way.
We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list.
Tracking
This site runs no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics and no cookies for profiling. The only cookie set is the session cookie needed to protect the form against cross-site request forgery.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered by email to the Codezero team and are handled by our email delivery provider in transit. Nobody else receives them.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. Use the address at the bottom of this page.
